Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and still in their original packaging. Personalized and embroidered items are final sale unless something arrived damaged or defective.

Send us your order number and a quick note on why it is coming back through our contact page. We will reply with a return address and any extra instructions.
Send it back, get refunded
Pack it up and ship it our way. Once it arrives, we will give it a quick check and issue your refund to the original payment method.
What can be returned, and what cannot
Most things in the shop can come back if they do not work out. A few made-to-order items work a little differently, so here is the breakdown.
Yarn, fiber & fabric
ReturnableUnused, unopened skeins, fiber, and fabric cuts can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Tools & notions
ReturnableUnused tools and notions in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Kits & bundles
Returnable if unopenedUnopened kits can be returned within 30 days. Once a kit has been opened it is final sale unless it arrives defective.
Personalized & embroidered items
Final saleMade to order just for you, so these are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a defect.
Refunds without the wait
Once your return arrives, we give it a quick check within 1 to 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, you do not need to send anything back. Contact us with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund right away.
